17 Oct 18 Days of Prayer: Day 15
Ezekiel 34:14-15 – “I will tend them in a good pasture, and the mountain heights of Israel will be their grazing land. There they will lie down in good grazing land, and there they will feed in a rich pasture on the mountains of Israel. I myself will tend my sheep and have them lie down, declares the Sovereign Lord.”
Main Point: In this passage, the author recalls a time in Israel’s life when they must have felt forsaken by God. They were exiles for a season and in the midst of their trials, it was difficult to remember that God still cared for them. Do you ever find it difficult to trust God in the tough seasons of life? Christ cares for His people and wants to be involved in their lives always! Do not let the fog of loneliness and struggle bring you away from the truth that God will never leave you!
Prayer Point: “Lord, I know that I sometimes take control but help me to relinquish control to You. Your ways are best, and I want Your will for my life because I know You graciously take care of your people. You are a good Father. Amen.”
