19 Nov Acts 17:30-31

30 “Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead”

Paul called the Athenians out. He pointed out it was time for all of us to repent or turn from other gods and away from sin. Paul also explained that every man had proof through Jesus’ resurrection from the dead. In other words, there was no such thing as an unknown god. All men now had proof. Some people made fun of Paul for believing a man could be raised from the dead. Others truly believed. What about you? Do you believe Jesus was crucified, died, and was buried? Do you believe He rose on the third day? Do you need to pray for any unbelief?
