06 Apr Matthew 3:4

4John’s clothes were made of camel’s hair, and he had a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey.

Today, think about all the people you have met. Were any of them different than you? Of course they are! You are one of a kind! There was no one else quite like John the Baptist. He lived out in the wilderness with his followers, he wore clothes made from camel hair, and he ate bugs. YUCK! Would he be a friend of yours? More importantly, would you hear his message of repentance and baptism, or would you think he was crazy? Do you let what people wear, or where they live get in the way of hearing the message of Jesus?
